The Commission for Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation (PSAFT) approved the 2009-2011 Academic Facilities Partnership Program project recommendations on April 28, 2009. In accordance with the cited reference, school districts and the Division of Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation (DPSAFT) must execute the Academic Facilities Partnership Project Agreement by close of business on Monday, June 29, 2009. Failure to do so may result in the loss of state Academic Facilities Partnership Funding.
School districts are urged to contact the Division for clarification with any scope or cost questions. The agreement should be initiated, complete with Appendix A, and forwarded to the Division at the earliest possible date to insure its execution by June 29, 2009.
