The coding requirements for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) are listed on the attachment to this memo. These codes are mandatory in order to meet the state and federal reporting requirements pertaining to federal funds provided by ARRA.

The coding specifications will be added to the Arkansas Financial Handbook, which is posted on the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) website at: http://www.apscn.org - Click on the FMS drop-down menu and select "Financial Management System - Training Documentation." The Financial Handbook (Manual) is located at the top of the screen.
