Attached are the unrestricted and restricted indirect cost rates for fiscal year 2008-2009 for Arkansas school districts, education service cooperatives, and charter schools. The rates have been calculated using fiscal year 2006-2007 data, as required by federal regulations.
Please print this Commissioner’s Communication along with the appropriate attached list of indirect cost rates and place both in the audit file. The rates are to be used for expenditures in the 2008-2009 school year. The rates for computing indirect cost reimbursement in the 2009-2010 school year will be issued no later than June 30, 2010.
