Candidate Subsidy Funding ($1250 towards the application fee) is now available on a first-come basis for Arkansas teachers or school counselors interested in beginning the National Board Teacher Certification process for the 2009-2010 school year. To be eligible for National Board candidacy, teachers must have at least three years teaching experience or at least three years experience as a school counselor. This funding is for eligible National Board candidates who have not previously received Candidate Subsidy Funding.
