Pursuant to Acts 496, 605, and 1309 of 2009, notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions to the Rules Governing Professional Development to include Acts 496, 605, and 1309 of 2009, on Wednesday, August 31st, 2009, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the ADE Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building located at Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Written comments should be mailed to the Arkansas Department of Education, Office of Professional Development, Four Capitol Mall, Room 404-B, Little Rock, AR 72201, by August 31st, 2009.
