Ark. Code Ann. §.6-17-1901 (supp.1991) requires each school district with more than five percent (5%) minority students (African-American and other minorities) to annually prepare and submit a Minority Teacher and Administrator Recruitment Plan.
The plan should be sent on or before OCTOBER 15, 2009, to:
