On August 10, 2009, the State Board of Education approved the request from the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) to seek public comment on the following proposed Rules:
Governing the Calculation Methods for Declining Enrollment and Student Growth Funding for Publc School Districts
Governing the Calculation of Arkansas Smart Core Incentive Funding
The public hearings will be held Thursday, September 17, 2009, in the ADE Auditorium, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR, at the following times:
10:00 a.m. - Governing the Calculation Methods for Declining Enrollment and Student Growth Funding for Publc School Districts
11:00 a.m. - Governing the Calculation of Arkansas Smart Core Incentive Funding
Written comments will be accepted in the Fiscal and Administrative Services Office, Four Capitol Mall, Room 103B, Little Rock, AR 72201, until 3:00 p.m., September 28, 2009.
