A Distance Education Workshop will be held on THURSDAY, October 1, 2009. The three-hour Workshop covering the Coordinated Review Effort (CRE) and the School Meals Initiative (SMI) will be offered from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. The training will include an overview and detail information on the requirements for the CRE and SMI review. Any employee in the School Food Authority responsible for any portion of the National Child Nutrition Program and that have a CRE/SMI review scheduled for the 2009-2010 school year are encouraged to attend.
