At the September 14, 2009, meeting, the State Board of Education approved a request from the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) to extend the public comment period on the following proposed Rule:
Rules Governing the Calculation of Miscellaneous Funds
A public hearing will be held Thursday, October 22, 2009, in the ADE Auditorium, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR, at 10:00 a.m.
Written comments will be accepted in the Fiscal and Administrative Services Office, Four Capitol Mall, Room 103B, Little Rock, AR 72201, until 3:00 p.m., October 26, 2009.
