Partnership Project submission Guidelines for the 2011-2013 biennium are now available on the Division web site at http://arkansasfacilities.arkansas.gov
In accordance with the revised guidelines, school districts may submit Partnership Project Applications either in hard copy or electronically. Either format must be submitted to reach this office either electronically by midnight March 1, 2010, or via mail postmarked not later than March 1, 2010.
Electronic submission may be made by accessing the Master Plan web based tool that has been revised to accept uploading of documents and following the instructions in the revised guidelines.
Project applications are in a PDF format with permission to enter information in the shaded boxes. The applications can then be saved and uploaded electronically.
