Master Plan Guidelines for the February 1, 2010, Master Plan submission are now available on the Division web site at http://arkansasfacilities.arkansas.gov.
In accordance with the revised guidelines, school districts may submit Master Plans either in hard copy or electronically. Either format must be submitted so as to reach this office either electronically by midnight February 1, 2010, or via mail postmarked not later than February 1, 2010.
Electronic submission may be made by accessing the Master Plan web based tool that has been revised to accept uploading of documents and following the instructions in the revised guidelines.
