On October 12, 2009, the State Board of Education approved the request from the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) to seek public comment on the following proposed Rule:

'Governing the Distribution of Student Special Needs Funding and the Determination of Allowable Expenditures of Those Funds'

The public hearing will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2009, in the ADE Auditorium, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR, at 10:00 a.m.

Written comments will be accepted in the Fiscal and Administrative Services Office, Four Capitol Mall, Room 103-B, Little Rock, AR 72201, until 3:00 p.m., November 20, 2009.
