The State Board of Education, at the May 11, 2009, meeting, approved the revised Rules and Regulations Governing the College Preparatory Enrichment Program to go out for Public Comment. A public hearing will be held in the Auditorium of the Arkansas Department of Education Building at Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock. The date of this public hearing will be November 23, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. A copy of the revised rules is attached.
