The American Institute of Architects has recently modified and re-designated the contract library numbering system. The modifications will be made to the Academic Facilities Partnership Program Project Agreement, Appendix C, “recommended contracts” and posted to the Division web site http://arkansasfacilities.arkansas.gov

For ease of comparison the new AIA numbers for contracts already in existence are listed below with the replacement numbers. Currently signed and executed contracts are still valid. School districts should require the new contracts from the architect or contractor firm upon initiation of either the design or construction phase.
