Commissioner’s Memo, COM-10-099 dated 12/7/09 outlined contract number comparisons between old American Institute of Archetects (AIA) contract numbers and the replacement AIA contract numbers. Appendix C of the Academic Facilities Partnership Program Project Agreement, presently on the Division's website, has been changed to reflect the new AIA contract numbers. School districts do not need to re-issue new agreements. However, Appendix C should be referred to when selecting AIA design and contractor contracts.
