Improvements have recently been made to My Triand based on user feedback. My Triand is the system used in Arkansas to send electronic transcripts when students transfer to other schools and by teachers and administrators for individual student reports. My Triand can be accessed at http://my.triand.com/.
The navigation menu is now located at the top of the screen to allow for more room on the working area of the screen. Search capabilities have also been enhanced, making it easier for users to search for student records and other items using multiple criteria.
Research and Technology is pleased to announce the new ADE Triand Resource Center offering step by step instructions, with screen shots, for multiple tasks frequently performed in Triand. Users can view instructions on the website, or download and save the document for future reference. The website is available at http://adedata.arkansas.gov/triandhelp/.
As a reminder, per Ark. Code Ann. § 6-80-107, Arkansas schools are required to use the electronic transcript system provided by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) through Triand. A report is available through My Triand that provides information on student transcripts requested by the district and/or school. To view this report, go to Reports in My Triand and enter “Transcript” in the search field.
