Arkansas Code Annotated § 6-18-1007 requires school districts to submit annual reports to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) outlining the compliance with and implementation of plans for the provisions of the Public School Student Services Act. The ADE is required to compile and file reports to the Senate and House interim committees on Education.
The 2009-2010 annual reporting forms are attached and should be completed by each school counselor in each school building and RETURNED BY MAY 15, 2010 to: Betty Ruth Welch, Guidance/School Counseling Unit Leader, Arkansas Department of Education, Four Capitol Mall, Room 202-B, Little Rock, AR 72201.
The reporting date for the 2010-2011 report will be March 15, 2011.
