Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §§ 6-10-122 et. seq., and 25-15-201 et. seq., notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) will hold a public hearing on the consideration of Rules Governing School-Based Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Devices and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in Arkansas Schools. The public hearing will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2010, in the ADE Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building, located at Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, Arkansas.
