Commissioner’s Memo COM-10-186 of April 22, 2010, announced the period of public review and comment on proposed revisions to Special Education rules. The time noted for the public hearing on May 6, 2010, was incorrect. It should have said that the public hearing is scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon. It will be held in the Arkansas Department of Education aditorium at Four Capitol Mall in Little Rock.

The 60-day public review and comment period runs from April 13, 2010, through June 11, 2010. The 30-day period for submitting written comment will run from April 26, 2010, to 4:30 p.m. May 25, 2010. Written comments should be submitted to:
