The Arkansas Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts, an affiliate of the National Council of Teachers of English, will award a $300 mini-grant to a teacher of English language arts for a project that will be implemented in the classroom during the 2010-2011 fall semester.

Any English language arts teacher wishing to apply for this mini-grant award must be a member of the Arkansas Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts and must follow grant application procedures outlined in the guidelines. The mini-grant recipient will present the project in a conference session at the Arkansas Curriculum Conference in November 2011.
