On July 5, 2010, the Federal Grants Management Office will pull from Cognos the FY10, Period 12, Title I SOF 6501 Fund Balance Report in order to reimburse expenditures from June 20 through June 30, 2010.

The Period 13 adjustments (journal entries) to increase Title I expenditures for FY 10 will be reimbursed based only on electronically submitted documentation (PDF, email, fax) of those adjustments.
