The Arkansas Department of Education Office of Teacher Quality announces the End-of-the-Year Budget Report form is available on the ATLAS website. The top portion of the Budget Report will be auto-populated according to the induction grants issued during the 2009/2010 school year. The balance forward amount is the figure the school district verified to Teacher Quality by mail or fax at the beginning of the school year. The bottom portion is to be used for all expenditures made by the novice teachers and the beginning administrators.
Note: For audit purposes, the Office of Teacher Quality must have a mailed, faxed (501-682-5118) or emailed copy of the expense report for the district’s Teacher Induction expenses and Administrator Induction expenses for the 2009/2010 school year. This may not be necessary in the future.
