Ark. Code Ann. § 6-17-2301 requires districts to submit certified salary schedules for 2009-2010 to the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) on or before September 15, 2009. Districts have until June 30, 2010, to finalize their 2009-2010 certified salary schedules.
Districts that have made revisions to the 2009-2010 salary schedules after the September 15, 2009, submission deadline should email the final version of the 2009-2010 certified salary schedule in Excel format to yvonne.williams@arkansas.gov.
The most current 2009-2010 certified salary data on file with the Department of Education has been compiled into the 2009-2010 Certified Salary Schedule Recap Report and is attached. It will also be available on the ADE website.
