The Arkansas Elementary School Council will meet at Sherwood Forrest in North Little Rock on February 26, 1999 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be a general session beginning at 8:30 a.m. and committee meetings will follow. Please have committee assignments ready.
