For several years the Title I Demographic Data, necessary to prepare the USDE report, was due June 15th. At the time this date was set the Normed-Referenced Test (NRT) was completed in the spring. With the advent of the fall testing, the information is now available and the Demographic Data can be submitted in a more timely fashion. This will relieve some of the stress when other reports are due.

There is a paper attachment to this memo and it will be delivered in the next bulk mail. The report should be submitted to the Title I Office by March 15, 1999, to:
