The Criminal Background Noncertified/Classified informational packet contains the following:
1. A status report listing all noncertified/classified staff applicants from your district. This list includes: applicants name, date received, race, sex, county, school district and school. An "X" will appear in the box indicating status of application (cleared State Police/cleared FBI). The date the process was completed is also given.
2. A "Lost List" of 11 applications with no district contact person information given. This information is necessary in order to return criminal background check results.
3. Instructions for School District Contact Person.
