To facilitate communications between the Student Assessment Office and your district, please use the enclosed form to designate a District Test Coordinator. Although you, as superintendent, will continue to receive information, having an additional contact person should increase the effectiveness and security of the assessment program.

Please complete the attached form and return to the Student Assessment Office no later than April 1, 1999.
