Arkansas Better Chance/Request for Proposals (RFPs) were mailed to school districts on February 25, 1999. These RFPs were due in the Division Office by 4:30 PM, Friday, March 12, 1999. This due date has been extended to 4:30 PM, Friday, April 9, 1999. Recommendations for funding will be presented to the Arkansas State Board of Education at their May meeting. Notification to grantees will follow this meeting.
