On March 16,1999, APSCN State Reporting Coordinators in each school district were notified, via the FMS and the SMS lists, about the Cycle 4 submission deadline of March 30, 1999. This submission provides information on the second quarter attendance. It is imperative that we receive all Cycle 4 reports in order to assure a timely release of state funds.
As of Thursday, March 25, 1999, 176 reports have been received. Superintendents are urged to check with their State Reporting Coordinators to verify that this most important report will be submitted by Tuesday, March 30.
