The APSCN State Reporting Coordinators in each school district are being notified, via the FMS and the SMS lists, about the Cycle 5 submission deadline of April 15, 1999. This submission provides information on the third quarter attendance. It is imperative that we receive all Cycle 5 reports in order to assure a timely release of state funds.
