Several Arkansas education laws have reporting requirements intended to update legislators on the status of a variety of acts. We have listed a number of reporting requirements by separate law on the attachment to this memorandum.
Please complete the attachment to this memorandum, and return it to the following address no later than May 14, 1999: Dr. Gayle Potter, 4 State Capitol Mall, Room 106-A, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. The reports given to the legislature will be based on the information received from public school superintendents by that date. All public school districts must be accounted for in the reports to the legislature, including a report category for lack of response. Thank you for your assistance.
