The Arkansas Department of Education will hold a public hearing to consider the implementation of revised rules and regulations regarding Compulsory Attendance Requirements in accordance with Arkansas Code Ann. 6-18-201 and 6-18-207 as amended by Act 570 of 1999, on Wednesday, June 23, 1999 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Arch Ford Education Building Room 201-A, Little Rock, Arkansas. Written comments from the public will be accepted until, Saturday, July 17, 1999. A copy of the revised rules and regulations is attached.
