The Arkansas Department of Education will hold a public hearing on revisions of the following two proposed rules and regulations:
1. Duty to Report Student Criminal Acts
2. Defining the Requirement of a Criminal Background Check for all First-time and Renewal Educational Licenses and the Procedures for Revocation of Licenses
The hearing will be held Wednesday, July 14, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building in Little Rock, Arkansas. Copies of the proposed rules and regulations are attached.
