Each year the office of Financial Accountability collects results of the annual school election of each school district and compiles a state summary. Please complete and return this form with a copy of the ballot (regular or absentee) by September 29, 1998. If your district date of election changed to November 3, 1998, please return this form stating the change. The date for run-off elections will be October 6, 1998. Please see attachment.
