Cost Report (Page 38) of the Annual Financial Report and
Budget
Arkansas Code Annotated 6-20-1301 through 6-20-1304 repealed by Act 100 of 1999, repeals the statutes requiring school districts to prepare detailed reports on administrative, athletic and nonathletic extracurricular costs. This has allowed the Department of Education to eliminate Page 38 from the Annual Financial Report & Budget (AFRB) effective for the AFRB Fiscal Years 98/99 and 99/00 and thereafter.
The AFRB Form for 98/99 and 99/00 will state that Page 38 was intentionally left blank, and the AFRB Instruction Manual will exclude any information formerly provided for completing this page. This will also be discussed in the AFRB workshops conducted at the coops.
