Act 804 of 1997 amended A.C.A. 6-17-914(e)(2) (Supp.1997) to authorize the Department of Education to withhold state aid from school districts that fail to file budgets and other required reports in a timely manner. The Act requires that the Department submit to all districts a list of required reports with the due dates by July 1 so that districts will know well in advance what reports are required and when.
Please note that an asterisk before the date due is used to denote reports that are provided through APSCN.
