The purpose of this memorandum is to provide you with information regarding the satellite downlink of a conference sponsored by the National Association of State Directors of Special Education (NASDSE). The teleconference, The Continuum of Behavioral Interventions, will be broadcast on November 4, 1998, from 12 Noon until 1:30 PM CST.
