The following notice will be published in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette for three days starting Friday, November 6, 1998, and ending Sunday, November 8, 1998. Please refer to Director's Communication number SI-98-084 for applicable rules and regulations.
Notice: The Arkansas Department of Education will hold a public hearing to consider the repeal of rules and regulations implemented in accordance with Act 1361 of 1997, Monday, November 16, 1998, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in the Arch Ford Education Building, Room 201-A, Little Rock, Arkansas. A copy of these rules and regulations may be obtained from Room 402-B of the Arch Ford Education Building or by contacting: Mary Kaye McKinney, #4 Capitol Mall, Room 402-B, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (501) 682-5615. Written comments from the public will be accepted at the above address until Friday, December 4, 1998.
