Revised instructions are being mailed regarding Director's Communication IT-99-005 for the "Report of Students Who Were Removed From the Pupil Attendance Rolls," along with the "NCES Guidelines, Is This Student A Dropout?" The instruction sheet was not included with the actual form, and an error was found on the NCES Guidelines. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
