Act 999 of 1999 amended various sections of the Arkansas code related to assessment and accountability in the public schools (A.C.A. 6-15-401, et seq.). Attached is a copy of the Proposed Rules and Regulations Governing the Student Assessment Component, Arkansas Comprehensive Testing, Assessment, and Accountability Program. There will be a public hearing on these rules and regulations in the auditorium of the Arch Ford Education Building, #4 Capitol Mall in Little Rock on September 2, 1999, at 1:30 p.m.
