The Arkansas Department of Education will hold a public hearing on the Proposed Rules and Regulations Governing Waivers of Earnings Limitation under the Teacher Retirement System.

The hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at 1:30 p.m. in the Telecommunications Studio on the first floor of the Arch Ford Education Building in Little Rock, Arkansas. Copies of the proposed rules and regulations are attached.

Written comments regarding the proposed rules and regulations will be accepted until Friday, August 6, 1999, at 4:30 p.m. Comments should be addressed to: Dr. Bobbie Davis, Arkansas Department of Education, #4 Captiol Mall, Room 103-B, Little Rock, AR 72201.
