Training sessions on the SIS (State Information System) reporting cycles are planned at various educational cooperative sites beginning August 12 through September 1, 1999. The attached schedule lists the date and training site for your district. The sessions will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 4:00 p.m.
It is essential that the State Reporting Coordinator, Financial System Administrator, and Student System Administrator from your district attend the training. In some school districts one staff member may cover more than one of these areas of responsibility, and in that case, you may bring someone else who would benefit from the training. Due to limited space, please send no more than three persons to the training.
This training will greatly benefit your school district, making the electronic reporting easier to understand and giving you the proper process and procedures to submit error free reports.
