Act 675 of 1999 has amended Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203. This is "An Act to Amend Arkansas Code Pertaining to School District Capital Improvement and Alternatives." This Act is effective July 30, 1999. Please see attachment below for synopses of the amended changes and Arkansas State Building Services' interpretation of quote bid limits.
