The Arkansas Council of Teachers of English and Language Arts (ACTELA) is initiating a writing competition for K-12 students and teachers. Deadline for entries is January 15, and winners will be announced February 19, 2000. Approximately 50 winners will be published in the ARKANSAS ANTHOLOGY 2000. The attachment gives details of the competition.
