This rule and regulation has been revised. The purpose of this rule and regulation is to set forth the criteria used by the Arkansas Department of Education Loans and Bonds Committee in reviewing loans and bonds applications.
Rules and Regulations Governing Debt Service Funding Supplements

The purpose of this rule and regulation is to provide a method for allocation of funds to school districts to reduce the debt service burdens voted by school districts and to increase local revenue available for maintenance and operations expenditures.
