Use of the mobility code on the SAT-9 exam is mandatory.

Any student meeting the criteria of mobility as defined in the Director's Memo No. DIR-00-009, dated September 3, 1999, must be coded in Column C ("Student Mobility Status") for the Stanford Achievement Test, Ninth Edition, (Stanford 9).

Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) programmers have provided a procedure that should generate a list of affected students.

Due to the complexity of coding for student entry and withdrawal, the list should be used as a guide to identification. APSCN does not guarantee that every mobile student has been listed or that all students listed are mobile. Final determination of mobility is the responsibility of the local school and district.
