The Arkansas Department of Education will hold a public hearing to consider proposed rules and regulations regarding the K-4 Parent Involvement Grant Program implemented in accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated 6-11-105 (Repl. 1993). The hearing will be held Friday, September 24, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the Arch Ford Education Building, Room 201-A, Little Rock, Arkansas.
