All Title I, Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Plans have been received and are being given conditional approval for the first and second quarters only. The conditional approval will be based on having an approved Annual Financial Report (AFR) and receipt of the First Quarterly Cash Request. Additional information may be requested prior to final approval of the Local Educational Agency (LEA) Plan. Failure to respond to these requests could cause interruption in funding for the third and fourth quarters.
Expenditures will begin on the effective date of your LEA Plan. This conditional approval provides funding as requested in the Quarterly Request for Funds, with the exclusion of purchasing capital outlay items.
