Effective with the first quarter student attendance for School Year 1999-2000, provisions have been made to report students in the following two categories:
1. Average Daily Membership (ADM) for students with less than 1.0 Full Time Equivalence (FTE).
2. Alternative Learning Environment (ALE) student count to be used for ALE funding.
Data entry to accommodate both these categories can be found on Screen 102 of the Student Management System (SMS), which is being released by the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) simultaneously with this memorandum. This same screen also contains fields to report special education, gifted and talented, and non-public school facility information. Instructions for these fields will be sent under separate communication from APSCN.
