The Arkansas Department of Education is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for planning grants supporting the development of an initial Petition for Charter Schools and planning for implementation of an approved Petition. Maximum Planning Grant awards will be $10,000 per site.
Proposals are to be submitted to the Department of Education on or before November 12, 1999.
